Dr. Tumkur Narasimhan
Veterinarian
Dr. Narasimhan has been practicing veterinary medicine since 1995. He did advanced practical training for small animals at the University of Missouri Columbia from1994-1995. Dr. Narasimhan graduated from Mysore Veterinary College and also holds Masters and Ph.D. degrees in Animal Physiology and Biochemistry. After a decade of teaching and research careers at Texas A&M University, he pursued his career in veterinary medicine. His hobbies include reading, collecting antiques, and listening to western classical music.

Sarah Corey
Certified Veterinary Technician
Sarah has always had a love for animals. She is a wonderful owner to two dogs named Bruno and Rue and loves to go on adventures with them. She graduated from North Shore Community College and went on to become a Certified Veterinary Technician. Sarah always goes above and beyond to make sure every pet receives the best care.

Dr. Chuanwu Wang - Veterinarian
Dr. Chuanwu Wang grew up in a rural farming community in China, where he developed an early passion for animal health and welfare. He earned his veterinary degree from China Agricultural University before moving to the United States to pursue a PhD in Immunology at Purdue University.

 
Dr. Wang later completed a residency in Laboratory Animal Medicine at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and became board-certified by the American College of Laboratory Animal Medicine. After spending time in the gene and cell therapy industry, he returned to clinical veterinary medicine and joined the Animal Health Center of Salisbury following completion of the ECFVG (educational commission for foreign veterinary graduates) program.
 
His professional interests include soft tissue surgery, dentistry, obstetrics, and geriatric medicine. Dr. Wang especially enjoys building strong relationships with clients and helping pets live healthier, happier lives. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with his family playing chess and table tennis.

Kathy Colom
Veterinary Assistant
Kathy is retired from owning her own business for 37 years, Kathy's Tumbleweed a local dance studio in her hometown of Salisbury. After her retirement she decided to pursue her lifelong dream of working with animals. Kathy enrolled in an online school and received her certificate for Wildlife Rehabilitation. She also spent time volunteering at the Hickory Nut Farm taking care of the goats. She now is a zookeeper's aid for Zoo New England at Stone Zoo in Stoneham MA. She has now found her way here at AHC of Salisbury. She hopes she can make a difference here by sharing her love for animals!
